Changing Weight Setting: Insert the Weight Pin under the desired Weight. Ensure the bent end is turned downwards. Weight can be adjusted from 6.5 lbs to 106.5 lbs in 12.5 lbs increments.

Attaching Lat Bar/Nylon Strap (High Pulley): Attach Lat Bar to High Cable using a Cable Clip. Chain can be used for length adjustment.

Attaching Lat Bar/Nylon Strap (Low Pulley): Attach Lat Bar to Low Cable using a Cable Clip. Chain can be used for length adjustment.

Attaching/Removing Seat: Set the seat bracket onto the Front Upright pins and secure with Seat Knob and Carriage Bolt. Remove these to detach the seat.

Attaching Leg Lever: Seat must be attached. Connect Chain between Low Cable and Leg Lever's Eyebolt using Cable Clips.

Adjusting Leg Press Plate: Remove Press Pin, align welded tubes to desired holes, and re-insert Press Pin.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Slack in cables (front weight stack) Tighten High Cable and Low Cable.
Slack in cables (rear weight stack) Tighten Military Press Cable and Leg Press Cable.
Cable slipping off pulleys Remove and re-install cable, ensure it's not twisted.
Additional slack in Leg Press Arm Move Leg Press Cable end to next hole in Leg Press Seat Frame.
