Warranty Summary

WESLO warrants this product to be free from defects for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser.
  1. Insert the key fully into the console.
  2. Reset the console and start walking belt by turning the speed control to RESET, then slowly increase speed.
  3. Follow progress with monitor modes (Speed, Time, Distance, Fat Calories, Calories).
  4. Stop the walking belt and remove the key after exercising.

Always wear the clip and stand on foot pads when starting/stopping. Adjust speed in small increments. Keep console dry.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
The power does not turn on Make sure the power cord and surge suppressor are properly plugged in and grounded. Verify key is inserted. Check and reset the circuit breaker.
The power turns off during use Check and reset the circuit breaker. Ensure power cord and key are properly connected. Reinsert the key.
The displays of the console do not function properly Check and replace console batteries. Inspect and adjust the Reed Switch and Magnet alignment.
The walking belt slows when walked on Use a single-outlet surge suppressor. Loosen walking belt by turning rear roller bolts counterclockwise.
The walking belt is off-center or slips when walked on Adjust rear roller bolts to center and tighten the walking belt using the allen wrench.
