Basic Operation Steps:

  • Insert the key into the power switch.
  • Reset the speed control to the RESET position.
  • Start the walking belt by slowly turning the speed control clockwise.
  • Step onto the walking belt and begin exercising.
  • Adjust speed and incline as needed.
  • Monitor progress on the console displays (Pulse/Calories, Time, Distance, Speed).
  • To stop, step onto the foot rails and turn the speed control to RESET. Remove the key when finished.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Symptom Solution
The power does not turn on
  • Ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into a surge protector and grounded outlet.
  • Verify the key is fully inserted into the console.
  • Check and reset the circuit breaker near the power cord if tripped.
The power turns off during use
  • Check and reset the circuit breaker if tripped.
  • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in.
  • Reinsert the key into the console.
  • If issue persists, contact customer service.
Displays of the console do not function properly
  • Check and replace batteries in the console.
Walking belt slows when walked on
  • Use a CUL-listed surge protector rated at 15 amps.
  • If issue persists, contact customer service.
Walking belt is off-center when walked on
  • Adjust the left rear roller adjustment bolt clockwise (for left shift) or counterclockwise (for right shift) by 1/4 turn increments.
Treadmill sits unevenly on the floor
  • Ensure all six base pads and the stabilizer pad are correctly attached.
