Starting the Engine:
- Turn the key to "ON".
- Ensure the sidestand is up.
- Apply front or rear brake.
- Push the start switch.
Starting Off:
- While holding the rear brake lever, push the scooter off the centerstand.
- Sit astride the seat and adjust mirrors.
- Signal and check for traffic.
- Slowly turn the throttle grip to accelerate.
- Switch off turn signals.
